Rio de la Plata Yarns supports an old Uruguayan tradition of hand spinning of wool by wives of Gauchos (traditional horsemen).  It is created out of carefully chosen Corriedale wool. This selection of colors has become a dream come true to our fan knitters. Just like the rest of our collection, one of its greatest features is how it beautifully felts.
